Willpower is a bad system. Structure is a good one. Here is a 15-minute system that works inside Scrawl:

• Minute 0-2: Open Scrawl, read yesterday's last line.
• Minute 2-12: Write without editing. Plain text, no backspace beyond the word.
• Minute 12-15: Publish or save draft. Close the tab.

Make it obvious and easy

Put Scrawl in your dock. Keep the PWA installed. Hide everything that pings. Set a single rule: no phone until the post ships. That boundary trains identity: I am someone who ships.

Miss once, never miss twice. The streak lives in the return, not in perfection.
